Ukrainian President Volodimir Zelenski said in a Facebook post Wednesday that the Ukrainian army was unable to prevent a triple Russian attack in the city of Chernihiv, with at least 10 dead and 20 injured, because Ukraine had not received enough air defence systems, saying the death toll could rise and that the tragedy would not have happened "if the world's determination to counter Russian terror had been sufficient".
