Neven Mileusnić (52) nepravomoćno je u srijedu na zagrebačkom Županijskom sudu osuđen na jedinstvenu kaznu od pet i pol godina zatvora zbog pokušaja ubojstva Zvjezdana O. u veljači ove godine. NEVEN Mileusnić (52) was wrongfully sentenced at the Zagreb County Court to a single sentence of five and a half years in prison for the attempted murder of Zvezdan O. in February this year.
During the argument, Zvjezdan O. took his hat off his head with his hand, after which Mileusnić got up from the bench, took a sharp object out of his jacket and stabbed the victim in the chest and stomach.
According to the indictment, on the afternoon of February 18, Mileusnić had a verbal and physical confrontation with Zvjezdana O. During the argument, Zvjezdana O. used his hand to remove his cap from his head, after which Mileusnić stood up from the bench, took a sharp object out of his jacket, and stabbed the victim in the chest and abdomen.
In his defense, Mileusnić said that on that day he was sitting in front of a shop in Sesvete and consuming alcohol, which, he said, he did on a regular basis.
