People live outside Budapest — Minister Gergely Gulyás explained why, contrary to the Prime Minister's decades-old custom, on 23 October this year, he does not stand out in front of a large crowd in the capital. Viktor Orbán will be in Zalaegerszeg on October 23 at the inauguration of the Mindszenty Visitor Center. Streets in the city have already been closed, and on Sundays people can only access their homes with address cards.
