On 9th April 2025 two youths were charged in relation with the vandalisms of vehicles that have occurred in Annan over the last 10 days. The vandalism took place on 12 March. The municipality filed a report and the police launched an investigation. A group of young people soon came into the picture. The four suspects have since been arrested, but according to the police, more arrests are not excluded. One of the 15-year-old suspects is also suspected of having assaulted a supermarket employee.
