PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) – Gov. Glenn Youngkin issued an order aimed at eliminating mistakes in Virginia’s SNAP program, with the goal of helping to save money and make the program more efficient.  The Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program, or SNAP, is entirely paid for in Virginia with federal money.
