MEMPHIS, Tenn. — The victim in Wednesday's deadly shooting on Heard Avenue in North Memphis has been identified by his father as 24-year-old Cameron Newby. Newby was killed in a drive-by shooting as he took out the trash around 3:30 a.m. Wednesday, police say. His father says it was all over an ex-girlfriend.
