On Thursday the president led the ceremony of the protocolary start of the WRC Rally Chile Biobío 2026, an instance that was marked by demonstrations of disapproval from some sectors of the public.
It wasn’t all motor noise in the capital of Biobío. There were applause, yes, but also piphias that forced the governor to leave the libretto, respond to the public and ask for political differences to be left out of the Rally.
