FARGO — People in Fargo are paying tribute to those who lost their lives on job sites. The North Dakota AFL-CIO recognized Workers Memorial Day on Tuesday afternoon, April 28, which is observed on the anniversary of when the Occupational Safety and Health Administration went into effect.
