DOTHAN, Ala (WDHN) -- Two workers at the Southeast Alabama Diversion Center, a lockup for juveniles in Dothan, were indicted on child abuse charges in early October by a 16-person Houston County Grand Jury. Christopher White, 54, and 49-year-old Bernard March were both indicted by the grand jury on October 3.
