Women's Golf Third After Wolverine Invitational Opening Round

SARATOGA SPRINGS, Utah - Santa Clara women's golf turned in an impressive 1-over 289 to open the 2024 fall season with a bang in the opening round of the Wolverine Invitational. The Broncos are in third following the first 18 holes of play and just six strokes behind co-leaders UC Irvine and UC RIverside. Freshman Sonia Hao, making her collegiate debut, had SCU's top round of the day with a 2-under 70 and is currently tied for fifth.
