Eden Hill woman fined $13,000 for animal cruelty
A 32-year-old Eden Hill woman has been convicted on four charges of animal cruelty and fined $13,000 for failing to provide two dogs, a cat, and a kitten with sufficient food and water, leaving them emaciated, malnourished, and dehydrated. She has also been banned from being in charge of an animal for two years.
