Woman charged with murder, tampering with body in Westminster apartment homicide

A 45-year-old woman was arrested and charged with first-degree murder and tampering with a deceased body in the death of 48-year-old Nicole Meagher, according to the Westminster Police Department. Officers responded to a call about a suspicious death at Toscana Apartments in the 8400 block of Sheridan Boulevard the afternoon of Oct. 7 and found Meagher’s body, according to Westminster police and the Adams County Coroner’s Office.
