On Thursday 8 October, during the municipal council, the elected opposition leader Viktor Marchal came back to the tragedy that occurred last July, with the death of young Mohamed in Woippy-Plage. The municipal councillor made several proposals to prevent such a tragedy from happening again. They were swept away by the mayor, Cédric Gouth.
