Witness describes close call in deadly wrong-way crash on I-70

INDEPENDENCE, Mo. -- A Blue Springs man was killed, and three others were hurt after a wrong-way crash in Independence on Tuesday morning. Police said the wrong-way driver was drinking before the crash.
