With the N.L. government saying there's been "significant progress" on a Churchill Falls deal with Quebec, Radio-Canada's Marie Eve Dusablon took to the streets in downtown St. John's to see how people are feeling about it.
Radio-Canada had been able to confirm that the Churchill Falls agreement will be signed between Newfoundland and Hydro-Québec within the next week.
