Single-parent with two children on discovery tours into the Swiss mountains with peaks such as the Matterhorn, Mont Fort and Montblanc: sound unfinanceable for us. Until we discovered the Swiss youth hostels and dared to – thanks to cheap overnight stay with breakfast the rest was still affordable. And the experiences are unforgettable and have far exceeded our expectations!
