Wisconsin Public Service: Profits kept too high as PSC approves electric rate hike

Summary by Ground News
Wisconsin Public Service customers' electricity costs will go up about 8.6% in January. The PSC missed a big opportunity to find additional savings when it failed to significantly reduce the utility's profit rate. The fixed charge for WPS customers will drop from $21 a month to $17.92 a month.
