WILLIMANTIC — Following a distressing 911 call at approximately 2:45 p.m. on Aug. 28, Willimantic Police Department launched an investigation into an alleged kidnapping at Chuckey’s Gas Station located at the junction of Ash and Jackson Streets. The caller reported observing an adult female being assaulted and abducted by two male suspects in a white vehicle.
