Anyone who needs care in the foreseeable future or considers his previous degree of care to be too low should not postpone an application unnecessarily. According to the plans of the Federal Government, the threshold values for nursing grades 1 to 3 should increase from 2027. For applications that are still received in 2026, the current law should continue to apply.
