According to Indonesian news outlet Superball.ID, AFC Secretary General Windsor Paul John was very "active" in requesting FIFA to clarify the eligibility of seven Malaysian players who had illegally naturalized themselves, so that they could play in the match against Vietnam on March 31st. But he was unsuccessful.
