Hanwha, the South Korean company, plans to build an arms factory in Dâmboviţa County in the next two years, with the aim of transforming the location into a regional hub for components, maintenance and repairs, announced Michael Coulter, CEO of Hanwha Global Defense, in a meeting with Romanian journalists. Last year, the same company sent 54 howitzers to Romania.
