The Socialist Party and its parliamentary partners have agreed a list of 134 defendants, including Ignacio de Lucas Martín, a member of the European Public Prosecutor’s Office who took over the Koldo case, Laura Codruta Kovesi, chief prosecutor of the European Public Prosecutor’s Office, and Alejandro Luzón, chief anti-corruption prosecutor. These names were introduced at the request of Junts and EH Bildu.
