When is Amazon holding its biggest sale of the year? Here's what we know
Prime members will get discounts across nearly three dozen categories, and Amazon said the event will again run as a global sale.
Amazon announced that Amazon Prime Day will return in June 2026, shifting the annual sales event from its traditional July timeframe to earlier in the summer.
The event will be global again, taking place in countries including Canada, Colombia, Belgium, France, Italy, Ireland, and Mexico for Prime members.
Prime members can access deep discounts across more than 35 categories, including electronics like AirPods and TVs, beauty products such as Crest Whitestrips, and Back-to-School essentials.
Amazon Prime Day remains exclusive to members, who can join for $14.99 per month or $139 annually to score the deep discounts offered during the sales event.
Reporting in New York, Ali Jasinski noted that while specific dates remain unannounced, the June event replaces the traditional July timeframe established historically.
