WEST VALLEY, UTAH- A man fishing in a canal near the intersection of 5300 West and 2500 South discovered a body in the water on Sunday, April 5 at around 7:40 p.m., West Valley police reported. Police officers and firefighters came to the site and retrieved the body belonging to an adult man. The body has been handed over to the forensic doctor for examination and identification. Initial investigation revealed no signs of criminal activity.
