What really causes skin cancer?

I’m posing this question because far too many ‘experts’ state with certainty that sun exposure causes cancer, advising the public to avoid the sun’s rays, and apply high SPF sunscreens to fully block the sun when you do go outside. This advice is not only wrong – but it is fueling our ‘epidemic’ of vitamin D deficiency, and the rise in skin cancers.
