The Minister for Enterprise, Connectivity and Energy has said he wants the Government to be "the biggest supporter of tourism", as the sector continues to press for changes to the 182 day threshold. The Welsh Government is currently consulting on possible changes to the rule, which affect the way self-catering accommodation is treated for rate purposes.
