The Evora Court of Relations amended some of the facts as proved in the trial at first instance and reduced the sentences to seven of the convicted persons.
Part of the decision of first instance in the Tancos case has been amended. Three defendants have been acquitted of the crime of terrorism and several sentences have been reduced.
The Court of Relations of Évora annulled the crime of terrorism and reduced the sentence to João Paulino, the confessive author of the theft of weapons of Tancos. The sentences were also reduced to two men who helped to withdraw the military material and to former Major Vasco Brazon.
