HILO — The Big Island’s paniolo culture was on full display this past weekend at the Al Cabral Rodeo Arena for the Hawaii Keiki Rodeo Association’s (HKR) final event of the season. The rodeo was the last chance for cowboys and cowgirls to compete for points in pursuit of the HKR year-end awards.
