Matalan Shoppers Urged to 'Stop Using' 7 Baby Items

- The faulty poppers were found to be incorrectly fitted or rough-edged, posing risks and causing the garments manufactured in India to fail General Product Safety Regulations 2005.
- Specific product codes named include Quilted Crew Sweat and Jog Grey and Herringbone Dungarees in Beige , allowing customers to check purchases, the OPSS confirmed.
- Matalan apologised and advised customers to stop using affected items and return them to local Matalan stores for a full refund, with no receipt required, or contact the Matalan customer care team on 0333 0044444 or customercareceo@matalan.co.uk.
