Economy: As early as 2027, the Israeli Defense Company Raphael will start producing components of the Iron Dome PRO system at the Volkswagen plant in Osnabrück, reporting to the Globes.
Volkswagen is looking for a new use for four German plants. A fifth plant in Osnabrück is abandoned by the Group. In the future, defence equipment will be produced by others.
