Voters pass Ballot Question A in Glenwood Springs special election

Unofficial results for Tuesday’s Glenwood Springs special election show that Ballot Question A, a charter amendment proposed by grassroots group Keep Glenwood Glenwood, passed with 78% of the vote.  The charter amendment, once enacted, will require a public vote to approve annexation and development on city-owned property, as well as require that all development permits of four or more units be reviewed by Planning and Zoning and City Council.
