Prosecutor Stefanović Responds to the Judges of the Higher Court: We Will Challenge Your Decision in the Legally Prescribed Procedure

The Chief Public Prosecutor of the Higher Court in Belgrade, Nenad Stefanović, sent a letter today to the Department of the Higher Court in Belgrade for preliminary proceedings, claiming that he considers their legal position on the qualification of certain actions unfounded, incorrect and illegal and that he will "rebut" it in the legally prescribed procedure.
