RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) -- Virginia is one of 15 states in the East Coast that will be participating in the Interstate 95 "Drive to Save Lives" traffic initiative. Virginia State Police will be using additional patrol resources along all of the 179 miles of I-95, including the boarder of Maryland and the border of North Carolina.
