Violating their own regulations, Chartists kick Kattya out of the Senate

After a first failed attempt at a meeting and several hours of discussions, the Chartist block and its allies dismissed Kattya González from the Senate with 23 votes, when the Colorados themselves had regulated last December the need for 30 votes for this purpose and thus hindered the expulsion of their co-religionists Erico Galeano and Hernán Rivas.
