- Body-Worn camera footage shows seven-year veteran Warren taking the baby from the car and performing back blows until breathing resumed; Warren told WBAL-TV 11 News training prepared him for the response.
- The baby began breathing again after the obstruction was cleared, and emergency medical services arrived shortly thereafter to evaluate the infant.
