- Alexander Emery threw a lit Molotov cocktail at the victim and pushed his wheelchair into the fire near West Main Street and North Lee Avenue, allegedly admitting to police he chose the victim at random.
- Nearby OKCPD detectives and a bystander pulled the victim from the flames, while the Oklahoma City Fire Department provided crucial medical aid to the victim, who suffered minor injuries.
- Facing multiple felony charges including assault with intent to kill, first-degree arson, and battery with a deadly weapon, Emery remains in custody, according to authorities.
