POLICE have filed criminal charges against five men for public incitement to hatred. In Polača, musicians performed a song that incites national intolerance.
The Šibenik-Knin police have filed a criminal complaint against five men, including the former commander of the 9th HOS Battalion "Rafael Boban" Marko Skejo, for public incitement to violence and hatred, after a recording of them singing an Ustasha song was posted on social media.
After the criminal investigation was completed, criminal charges were filed against all five suspects at the Municipal State Attorney's Office in Šibenik.
