Vernon Paul Spencer, 80, of Kuttawa, passed away peacefully Sunday, September 15, at his home. He was born October 17, 1943 in Lemont, Il. He was an electrician and retired from ISP Chemicals, in Calvert City, as an Electrical Maintenance Supervisor. After retirement, he became the Harbormaster at Kuttawa Harbor Marina in 2012.
