Vehicle stolen from Durham in 401 car fire in QW

We are still learning about an investigation surrounding a vehicle fire on Highway 401 Thursday morning. Around 5:00 a.m., Quinte West Fire and OPP responded to the westbound 401, just west of Trenton near the OnRoute. A vehicle was destroyed by fire. The blaze also stifled traffic while crews fought the flames. The vehicle was stolen from the Durham region and no one was with the vehicle when crews got on scene. Traffic is moving once again.
