Valentines postcard of Labworth cafe

We have been trying to date the photo on this postcard. The postcard was posted between 1936-1952 as it has a King George VI stamp. The actual photo shows the Labworth in it’s early days built 1932/3. There is obviously no 1953 seawall. So far that puts it between 1932-1953. In the distance you can see Concord cafe. When was that built? We had at one time more or less pinpointed the date for this but what was it? Suggested date for photo would b…
