A new Universities of Wisconsin proposal would raise in-state undergraduate tuition by an average of 3.75% during the 2024-25 academic year. When factoring in room and board costs, that average percentage climbs to 3.8%. The proposal will be considered on April 4 by the Board of Regents. It would be the second straight year of tuition increases by UW after 10 years of no increases.
