The USR leader, Diana Stoica, asked the Speaker of the Chamber of Deputies, Sorin Grindeanu, to launch an urgent disciplinary investigation to determine who fraudulently introduced the amendment against Dominic Fritz in the Commission's official report, although the text had not been tabled, debated or voted on in the committee.
USR filed a rem criminal complaint to find out who introduced into the draft law on integrity the controversial "Fritz amendment", although it had not been debated in the Legal Commission. USR Member Alexandru Dimitriu accuses that the amendment appeared in the report "overnight" and asks for the identification of the responsible person, as well as disciplinary research within Parliament.
