USA vs. Paraguay Watch Party with Global Music featuring International Artists comes to Redmond
The free event pairs live international music, an open mic and a postgame dance party, with complimentary snacks for the first 50 arrivals.
On Friday, June 12, 2026, the Global Artists Collective and Flatstick Pub Redmond present "World Beat & Big Screen Soccer," a free community celebration featuring live international music and big-screen viewing of the USA vs. Paraguay soccer match.
Seattle-Based nonprofit Global Artists Collective creates cross-cultural programming to increase access for underrepresented artists. The event brings diverse communities together through shared artistic experiences in the Redmond area.
Award-Winning band Global Heat will open the evening with music praised as "truly remarkable and wonderful original music" by Joyce Taylor of NBC News Seattle. Special guest artists Deseo Carmin, Moye Kashimbi, and Anil Prasad will also perform.
The USA vs. Paraguay match kicks off at 6:00 PM with halftime open mic sessions allowing attendees to share commentary on the game. Post-game, the band will perform musical improvisation games where audience prompts inspire songs on the spot.
Held at Flatstick Pub Redmond, located at 7530 164th Ave NE Suite A108, the event runs from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM. The first 50 arrivals receive complimentary snacks and a nonalcoholic beverage to sweeten the pre-game warm-up.
