After the east and south of France, it is the turn of Corsica to be hit by violent thunderstorms, with gusts of wind at more than 150 km/h. This is the case in L'Île-Rousse (Haute-Corse), where if there has been no victim, the damage is significant and where the wind has even moved an aircraft to the tarmac of an airport.
