Two sisters died after the wall of a community toilet collapsed in a village in Ballia, UP. Both girls were playing there. Surprisingly, a few years ago, that toilet was built by the girls' grandfather when he was the head of the village. When he was taken out of the rubble and taken to the hospital, the doctors declared him dead.
