A large-scale scam was uncovered in Saint-Quentin, where five people were arrested for having fraudulently ordered and resold equipment belonging to Orange, Bouygues Telecom and SFR. The damage amounts to more than 400,000 euros.

Criminals were able to obtain free delivery of more than 1700 parcels by the operators to sell boxes, decoders and other devices, for a substantial profit.
