Universal Logistics Holdings, Inc. Reports First Quarter 2026 Financial Results; Declares Dividend

Contract logistics segment revenues increased 5.3% to $269.5 million, while trucking segment revenues declined 9.7% to $50.2 million.
CEO Tim Phillips attributed the results to a "slow start to the year" driven by intermodal weakness, while the company remains focused on operational improvements.
The board declared a $0.105 quarterly dividend per share, payable July 1, 2026, to stockholders of record on June 1, 2026.
