A Gorj pensioner has finally won the lawsuit with the County Health Insurance House, after paying over 72,000 lei for a surgery with the surgical robot at a private clinic in Cluj. The Court of Appeal Craiova has decided that the man must receive the money back, and the total amount, with interest, the inflation update and the court fees, reaches almost 110,000 lei.
A pensioner from Târgu Jiu obtained in court the right to recover the full costs of surgery performed in a private clinic. The Court of Appeal Craiova ordered the House of Health Insurance Gorj to return to him the money paid for the operation, after a trial that lasted about three years.
