The Ukrainian military has attacked a Russian oil refinery in the city of Slavyansk on the Kuban River in Krasnodar Krai with drones, Russian media reported, adding that the attack in the area lasted at least three hours and that residents reported nearly two dozen explosions. Tens of thousands of people were left without electricity.
Russia and Ukraine fired drones again that night. In both countries there are injured, in Russia once again a refinery was hit.
