American Uber is to sell a significant part of Dantaxi. This comes after the Danish Competition Council has investigated the merger between Uber and Dantaxi for possible distortion of competition. The Danish Competition and Consumer Authority announced this in a press release on Monday. According to the authority, without intervention, there was a risk that the merger would lead to higher taxi prices and a market dominated by one large company.
